Food is very tasty. The hush puppie amount is always changing, last time I only got 4, before that I got 5. The only complaint I have it that my sauces were forgotten the past 2 times I've ordered.

My family enjoyed some well seasoned Shrimp 1lb bags with potatoes and corn. The bags are strong and none leaked while delivering. The boil was so flavorful. I am mostly happy with my order, but in my Mussels bag five of the mussels did not open. It's important to make sure you don't eat any unopened mussels as they are not fresh and could hurt your tummy. Luckily my tummy was filled by the contents I was able to eat so I am still happy with the overall quality of my order and the price. Mussels are my favorite and the medium heat seasoning had a nice little kick

I order $150 worth of food. The Shrimp (1 Lb) was super dry and there was bar any meat of the crab legs looked like very thin strings of hairs. Absolutely waste of money. Also called the restaurant ahead of time to make sure there's butter on the side and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude.

First of all, the nerve of Shell Shack to be serving frozen crawfish! I ordered crawfish, potatoes, sausage and corn and the only thing that was semi-decent was the kitchen sink flavor (which was all at the bottom of the bag and not in the crawfish... because they were dead when they were cooked, not in the potatoes which weren't even cooked all the way and barely on the surface of the corn) I'm appalled because some of these whole in the wall restaurants, like JT's seafood in Garland and Cajun Bay seafood and Bar in Forney... even with the shortage, they're able to get live crawfish. So why Shell Shack? I'm a crawfish connoisseur so I can tell the difference. If I wanted some frozen crawfish, I could have ordered it from Walmart. If I could give less than one star, I would have. Get it together. I would have paid $5 for this if I had known they were frozen.

Very low quality seafood. Shrimp was overcooked. Only good thing about this place is how late it stays open. More expensive than most places with less food. No napkins or gloves...
