The kolaches we received had stale bread that had the hard texture of weeks old bread. Other locations have super fresh and soft bread. Don't order from this location.

This is the second time I've ordered the create your own dozen and they've just ignored it and made their own selections. If you aren't wanting specific flavors/quanity then you're fine ordering this but otherwise just skip the hassle and head to the store yourself.

I can understand if you don't have doughnut holes anymore but 12 doughnut holes DOES NOT equal 1 doughnut. You should give a refund.
