For the price you cannot beat their breakfast bagel sandwiches! Lots of egg, great sausage and a perfectly soft bagel.

This location is noticeably worse than the original 17th St. location in Costa Mesa. Consistently burnt bacon, and they always skimp on the cream cheese. Even the toasting of the bagels is inconsistent. The staff here need to be retrained as they make Shirley's look mediocre. Go to the 17th Street one if you don't want to be disappointed.

The bacon tasted funny. The bagel chips that came with the sandwich were rancid. The pickle was soft and mushy. Disappointed as this isn't the first time. Shirley's used to be the best. Now I prefer Brueggers.

Consistent errors have become the norm here. Ordered the specialty bagels, untoasted with cream cheese on the side - sometimes it's correct, but more often than not, it's become the norm to get it however they want to make it. Bagels great, OJ the best. Fix the issues, and this store would get five stars.

For the amount of money they charge on these open faced bagels, you would expect that theyd use more fresh avocados. I dont wince at some browning here and there, but this is just straight up not appealing inthe least.
