The Volcano Roll, Chicken Fried Rice, and Crabmeat Puffs were made with fresh ingredients and were all delicious! Food and drink items were stapled close in the bag and delivered hot!

This is the most overcooked, dry chicken I've ever had. There is also inconsistency in the food preparation. This has barely any seasoning, but the same dish I ordered last week tasted great. I'm so disappointed that I paid so much for so little. Items were also not secured well and there was sauce everywhere in the bag.

Worst Tempura I've ever had. Teriyaki Steak wasn't actually teriyaki flavored and merely brown, not seared or charred. Onion soup was awful. The only high point was the pieces of sushi were pretty good.

Dinner Combination Steak and Shrimp were both overcooked, seasonings were bland and there were no dipping sauces included... disappointing...

Never skips a beat. Japanese restaurants are iffy but Shogun is on with it. Delicious and allows instructions to be left. Thank you
