Delicious , fresh bagels. The cream cheeses had great flavor. We ordered one Bagel With Spread and it had a good amount of cream cheese but it wasnt sloppy. It was toasted but not dry.

My egg sanwich was amazing! I took off one star because there was no way for me to request milk and sugar for my iced coffee in the app, and it didn't come wth any. So I had to drink it black and unsweet. But at least the iced coffee wasn't watered down and weak like at most breakfast places. Overall, I do recommend this place. But they should fix the coffee condiment problem.

The Spicy Shug is the perfect breakfast sandwich. They don't skimp on the bacon or egg. I added avocado which gave it an additional creaminess. The hashbrown was hot and crispy. And the pepperjack and hot sauce provided a nice subtle kick.

As a native New Yorker, I've been on the hunt to find a comparable NY bagel. FINALLY IVE FOUND IT!!! This egg everything bagel tastes just like my local deli on Long Island. THANK YOU!!!! Eating this everyday!

I like Shugs. Pretty authentic northern-style bagel. I usually get everything w schmear (too much cream cheese I think) but got an egg, cheese and avocado sandwich. Really good! I like that the sandwich isnt messy and doesn't fall apart
