The Blaze is absolutely amazing and warm and has just a hint of spice, nothing overpowering. The broth comes apart from the rest of the dish so the noodles don't arrive soggy, and you get to add it in yourself! The Chicken Karaage Bowl is the perfect mix of flavors and isn't "fried greasy" at all. Definitely recommend these items.

The Chicken Karaage Bowl is absolutely great, I always get a side of the sauce since it's delicious and it makes the dish less dry. The Shoyu on Fire was also delicious and not overpoweringly spicy. Perfect balance.

As far as flavor, both the Shoyu on Fire and Classic has the right spice and aroma needed for ramen. The portion of the noodles and veggies seems fair, but to only have one small piece of pork for the dish seems a little unfair for the price. Not to mention, they mixed the proteins of my orders - and my bf couldn't eat the pork he ordered due to it being in the spicy broth. I ordered an egg in mine and only received half of it. $2+ for a HALF of an egg...? REALLY?
Would I order again? Probably best if I order in person to confirm everything. It was a few hiccups I didn't appreciate especially for the price..

The best thing you can order at Silverlake- Chicken Karaage Bowl . I got extra sauces too cause god the flavor in this bowl is mouth watering. Order it! It won't fail to satisfy your belly! I also recommend their gyoza and blaze ramen if you can handle da spice.

The broth is delicious and very spicy!! The noodles are perfect and give more than enough broth for the noodles. And also the chicken pieces were big, thick cut, not dry or overcooked!! Very satisfied
