I ordered the steak dinner, the presentation of the food was pleasant to my eyes (colorful), the portion size was great. When food looks + smells right (southern), it's on for me, the meal didn't disappoint at all. This right here is soul food done right. Thank you Sisters of the South for real soul infused food, y'all put your foots in this one. My palette, and stomach says yes. I most definitely recommend this establishment's delicious food.

Sadly the peach cobbler was less than a cupful and WAY overpriced for the serving size. Little to no crust in my serving. Maybe just an off batch, but definitely not the same as other times I've had it.

I had the Fried Chicken which was perfection.... the Yams were 9/10, Mac was a solid 7/10... cabbage was an 8 only because the season was so well done it didnt need as much salt but was very tasty.... all in all this was a banger!!! Felt like Iwas in an aunt or uncles kitchen tapping my toes waiting on my plate.

Seriously if you're scrolling through the reviews wondering if you should eat here or not - stop and order right now. Get the combo with 3 sides - absolutely must get red rice but the other two are up to you. This place is incredible, reasonably priced, huge portions. The entrees themself are good and normal portioned but the sides are the best I've had in Savannah and they give you a good amount. I love this place.
