I'm gonna have to give this 4 stars because yall have really let go of the presentation, just basic cutting the meat symmetrically seems to be too much to do. Just giant chunks of meat. Looked like a steak not a tri tip. Flavor is always on point but when all the topping are on the top tip of the lettuce not all over it it makes it harder to eat.
