it took from 1:53 pm today until almost 2:45 pm to get my order I've never had to wait that long for sonic to prepare any order I live about 14 minutes away I ordered a milkshake today never the less it was more like chocolate milk

Ordered a 44 ounce, only got a large, also added several honey mustards...that I did not get, also no straw in bag, not sure if thats a store error or door dasher error

The burrito had a terrible smell to it, smelled like spoiled milk. I also told them no cheese and they put cheese on it anyway without following simple directions. My receipt clearly says no cheese. I got a refund.
