First there was Chipotle for Mexican, then Cava for Mediterranean, and Sopo for Korean. In fact, Sopo is even better than the others - elevated fast casual that's as good for lunch as it is for dinner. Highly recommend the beef bulgogi or smoked chicken.

I work nearby and this is my go-to spot for food on days I don't pack lunch. It's pretty authentic Korean food + banchan (side dishes). The food is flavorful and reminds me of home cooking! The management always is friendly and offers suggestions as well. Def recommend trying if you're around the area!

Wow! Really impressed with the quality Sopo delivers every single time I've ordered it - super flavorful, fresh, outstanding korean food. They don't miss!
The Spicy Pork is def my favorite but the steak and Bulgogi are close contenders. If you're on the fence, definitely give it a shot, you wont be disappointed

Sopo is a hard pass for me. Honestly wouldve been 1 star but the A La Carte Baked Tofu was not bad. I regret ordering from here, there are MANY more better fast casual korean spots nearby in the same price range that offer better quality and flavors and better portions.
I read the Yelp reviews before ordering- not sure how they have 4.5 stars on yelp. Numerous reviews highlighted the Beef Bulgogi and said it was great. It was not. It was not flavorful at all, tasted blank like there was barely any marinade used and it was also not the best quality meat/some tough chunks and a good amount of inedible fat pieces.
The potatos and brocolli were flavorful and good although 2 of the 4 pieces of brocolli I received were very burnt. Quality issues.
I ordered two A La Carte Soy Dipped Egg , I reallly like these at other places and planned to have one tomorrow. Never in my life have I received a soy marinated egg that was presliced- and the photos both on the Sopo website and in the reviews the soy marinated A La Carte Soy Dipped Egg is only cut in half, why were mine butchered inti 5 pieces?? Also the knife that was used to slice it was clearly not properly cleaned/there was some cross contamination issue as the egg tasted more like what the knife had previously been used for (I suspect kimchi or kimchi salad) than soy. Major disappointment.

I love Korean food. During c19 the cashier's at HMart taught me basic dishes because it was the only food market in my neighborhood where I could buy food. Fast forward to my two favorite Korean places in my Hell's Kitchen neighborhood being closed in the past six months. So tonight I wanted Korean and was going to open my Umma cookbook and make something. But it's so hot out so I took a chance and ordered delivery from Sopo. Wow! What a wonderful meal. I am so very grateful and everything was delicious. Just spicy enough. Good kimchi and purple rice to make a good bulgogi bowl. I ordered a side of spicy pork and it was amazing! Thanks again!!
