The Strawberry Bowl is literally different every time I order it. This time the granola was completely soggy, the smoothie base was basically just juice, and half the fruit on top was way too ripe. The base also just tastes like banana instead of banana, guava, and strawberry

It was a simple order of 4 things. They forgot two of my bowls. They forgot my cali vibe bowl and nutella bowl. I have order many times and never had a problem so this is ridiculous. I do not like how they have a phone number on the website that you cant even call to complain or ask for a manger.

Routinely topped with over or underripe fruit and the smoothie base tastes different every single time. If I'm paying $15 for a smoothie bowl, I'd expect it to be at the same quality everytime and taste the same.
