Legit Chinese food. Ordered shrimp with salted egg and eggplant with salted fish hot pot and they were both amazing. I am only ordering my Chinese food from here now :)

The C1. Pork Preserved Egg Congee 皮蛋廋肉粥 tasted amazing, I love the umami flavor that preserved eggs brought to the congee. The C2. Freshly Boiled Fish Congee 生滚鱼片粥 was quite bland, I couldn't taste the fish at all. I have had better fish congee with distintive fish flavor that was enough to let me know I was eating fish yet not too fishy. I added some fish sauce to both congees to my taste and rice to thicken them because they were too liquidy for me. They gave a lot of meat and fish though which I appreciated

The 270. Multi-Spring Fish Fried with Spicy Salt 椒盐多春鱼 seem to be refried. Dried out and greasy. Had ordered this before in the resto and delivered and it never looked like this. Same for 260. Deep Fried Shrimp with Salty Egg Yolk 金沙虾
