Fail, ordered Mango Dragon Frozen Starbucks Refresher® got the regular Dragon fruit refresher.

Java Chip Frappuccino® had giant ice cubes in it and was not properly blended. If I wanted giant ice whole ice cubes I would have ordered and oced coffee but I wanted a Java Chip Frappuccino® !! I have never seen this drink so poorly made. Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refresher® also was made of mostly ice and barely any juice or strawberry. The juice that was there was good but it was so little juice that it was gone in seconds. Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites were made well and delicious. Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich was delicious. This store generally has slow unfriendly service. I do not expect all Starbucks employees to be ridiculously happy but usually they are drinking Starbucks and seem more energetic. While waiting for my food there was only 1 other person that came in to order and the 3 employees were rude to the customer and made her wait to order but there was 3 employees and only the 1 person trying to order and my door dash. ridiculous

Siempre pido el Chai Tea Latte porque es de mis bebidas preferidas. Pero tristemente me lo han entregado múltiples veces con leche regular después de pagar por la leche de soja y/o avena.

Worse store on this whole area! I have ordered a Iced White Mocha Oatmilk Shaken Espresso three times and they send a mocha shaken espresso, thats not even on the menu. The District Manager should be more aware of the skills of the employees and supervisors and manager of this store. Shame!
