I usually order from here and it's fine . For some reason they used soy milk in my drink when I requested 2% , and I'm allergic to soy milk . Of course only can notice this after I tasted it . And my dasher said the order was delayed too .

This store is the abso WORST. I ordered a kid's Lemonade for my son; didn't recieve it. Ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino® Blended Beverage with cara and hazelnut; received a basic Java chip frap with none of the extras ($5 worth of extras). Ordered a Pink Drink Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage with NO strawberry inclusions; sent one with strawberry inclusions even though it CLEARLY states on the label that they aren't supposed to be there. I ordered TWO Chocolate Cake Pop for my two kids; they sent ONE birthday cake cake pop. So now Ihave 3 options to disappoint ny kids: split a cake pop between them when its a flavor they both hate, give one the cake pop and not the other one, or nobody gets cake pops. The employees here are horrible. STOP substituting things without asking the customer. You cannot just do what you feel like doing with somebody's order, it's wrong and not okay
