Every time I order an Iced Chai Latte from this location (1390 Cooper) it is always over-iced and watered down. Barely tastes like chai, and barely any strawberry cold foam that costs nearly $2 btw. Avoid!

My order included a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage and Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew. Both coffees had the request of line the cup with caramel. Neither cup was lined, this is the third time this has happened. Very disappointing for what you pay for.

That Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino® Blended Beverage wasn't bad. but had a very strong coffee grounds taste.. not bad enough for me not to drink it but it was inconvenient. And the Sausage, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was good but the sausage was a bit stale. I wish there was an option to add extra cheese I would love that!

The glass is always full and today it wasn't like that, I don't know if they dropped it but very bad there, besides I paid for 2 spoons of dragonfruit and they didn't give me more than 6 pieces
