Usually I get a Iced Chai Tea Latte with ice, it's a great drink. But because they fill it up with SO much ice, I'm only receiving half of the drink I paid full price for . This time i asked for no ice but instead of giving me the other half that I paid for they diluted the hell out of the drink by pouring the empty space up with milk...now it just tastes like I'm drinking milk instead of tea.

The chai latte had zero chai, it was only milk and the Caramel Macchiato does not have any caramel.

the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich was dry but the coffee was great, they only heat up the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar & Egg Sandwich so it's not their fault

food was fine. Peppermint Mocha was good. white White Chocolate Mocha was basically warm water. the maker must've forgot some ingredients. had to toss it.
