The Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal was very warm and fresh, and the Splash of (insert milk here) was the perfect amount. I got it with agave syrup, brown sugar, and dried fruit, which was SO GOOD. The recommendation of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was a very good one, as it paired wonderfully. Even if I decide not to order through DoorDash, I will 100% be using its pairing recommendations all the time!

I paid quite a bit extra for this order and the drink was so watery and flavorless. The oatmeal had so much water in it it was like soup. I order these items every day, I'm familiar with them. I don't like complaining about the baristas, I appreciate how hard they work, but the drink is so expensive to be coming out this inconsistent. I suspect once again the machine is turning out poor quality espresso shots, and the espresso is the foundation of these drinks. It doesn't matter how many bells and whistles you add, if the shots are bad the whole drink is. Corporate, give your baristas the agency, training, and compensation to pull consistently great shots. Hustle over quality? No, add bars and staff instead of cutting everything to build more locations. If you own the coffee market you need to represent. Charging almost thirteen dollars for a drink comparable to low fast food is rude.

Got a venti drink and it is just a little over half way full..with no cream in it. Taste gross 15 dollar coffee and I won't even drink it

The white chocolate mocha is usually very good but this time is was awful. I asked for peppermint and I did not taste any. There was barely any white chocolate because I could not taste it and I tasted no whip cream. I actually threw half of it away.

All of the drinks were amazing. The store was 15 miles from home, by the time Jessica got here my hot beverage was perfect temp ! All of their bakery was on point as usual
