It was not the best and only about 2/3 full. No more than 8-10 oz of liquid and this was a venti. I just wanted a full coffee... its mothers day lol

This has always been our favorite location never an issue but for a 2-3 weeks we have been getting drinks that have been missing syrup when previously they were always done to perfection and now they are missing syrup or so short on it you can't taste it. We have seen in some stores where they pump it so fast but you're not even getting a quarter of a pump with each pump so don't know if some baristas are doing that or if they're just forgetting to put the syrup in at all but you can't taste the syrup and then sometimes it is good so it's depending on who's making it. I have spoken to shift leaders but it doesn't seem they're passing it onto the employees. Had to claim it to DoorDash only once though it's happened way more than once been claimed again today and DoorDash doesn't like these claims and can't drive anymore so it would be appreciated if accuracy was maintained so that we can taste the syrup and our lattes that we pay such a high price to receive.

Not sure why this is the only store that doesnt use the white circle stickers to cover the drink mouth. Can we stop putting green tape on the drink that doesnt rip off neatly? We dont want to taste adhesive everytime we drink it

It's very aggravating that they put super sticky tape over the mouth part that is nearly impossibleto remove.
