• DoorDash orderFrisco melt was good, fries were super salty and not fresh. and the bun on the butter double steak burger was soaked in grease. I order from here a lot and usually satisfied with my order. tonight was just not it.

• DoorDash orderPhoto was taken after testing the hardness (yeah, not softness) of the bun. Fries were soggy and cold (no biggie, that's what air fryers are for), shake had maybe one butterfinger in it, mostly vanilla, but still tasty, cup was not filled to company standards, lack of straws for three beverage. Despite it being Fourth of July where the store may be busy and understaffed, I can appreciate the classic Steak 'n Shake taste over the looks and smaller pettier things that should already be a given. Might just resort to McDonalds next time.

• DoorDash orderTook almost AN HOUR to make the food when it took the driver like 2 minutes to get here! the Fries arrived cold, my burger had a line of ketchup on the edge of the bun and the lettuce tasted stale. All of that plus 2 other sandwiches and 3 milkshakes was like 75 dollars!

• DoorDash orderMilkshake was still cold but chunky and had alot of stra syrup in it. The chicken tenders were fresh and very tasty. The hot dog was very good but was soggy because they put extra ketchup and mustard on the bread.
