Before I go over our order, I want to say that this is the only time in 50 years that there was a mix-up. This specific Steak n Shake has friendly people who work quickly and get things right.
I'm not sure if I made a mistake. The request was for the double bacon cheese burger topped with ketchup and onion with large fries and a vanilla shake. The double bacon cheese burger that we received was topped with mustard, pickles, and some ketchup. The fries were good, as was the shake.
The next item on the order was double steak burger with pickle, onion and mustard only. What we received was the double steak burger with light ketchup ,mustard and onion, but no pickles. The onion rings were good, but the beverage should have been lemonade instead of whatever we received.
We will return to this restaurant.

Best steak-n-shake we've had in YEARS!! Order was 100% correct and food was so good! Especially good was the chili mac with extra chili meat- there was extra and it was great!

Bacon on burger Was scarce. One piece of bacon folded over. Chili Mac was Greasy. Very inconsistent with quality. Very disappointing this time š

Paid extra for specialty shakes and and they barely put anything in the shake like it was literally a plain shake and a little spinkle of flavor at the top
