Fries were very old and cold. wasn't because of the driver cause he got here really quick. Burger is cold and cheese isn't even melted. Disappointing.

Paid extra for large cheese fries and got plain (cold/hard) french fries. The garlic butter steak burger was amazing. Unfortunately the fries were pretty inedible so i had to throw them out.

yeah, I didn't get it, just a replacement drink. Got a call about having no tea so substituted with root beer. Guess they were out of the burger and another small fry and didn't tell me.
Seriously, it says what it's supposed to have and one burger doesn't weigh as much as two. A complete failure on nearly every level.

I really appreciate it when the special instructions for my food are followed. This Steak and Shake hasn't let me down yet and the food is always delicious.
