My large fry was only half full and neither of my shakes came with whipped cream like they were supposed to. It taste good as always tho.

Food was cold but that was completely on S&S. My driver picked it up when it was ready immediately and only drove a few minutes away to my location. Also my large fry was not even half way full. Do better s&s.

really nothing you can do about it cause of the distance, but SNS to Charleston will ALWAYS be soggy fries..
Side note: Pizza Hut makes better hamburgers. What happened to the crispy smash style patties?? it was like Salisbury steaks but they wiped off the gravy and called it a burger like I wouldn't notice.

fried were cold. burger was too greasy and soft. think of a mushy ketchup slothered bun on a slice of ham. will never order here again.

the chili was fantastic the next day. the chili Mac is always great. I'm sad that you can't order raw onion for the Frisco
