Both of our fries were not even full. The chili was just a little over half full. The onions on my burger were charred. This is the worst food we've ever gotten from here!

Last order was literally inedible. Ordered 2 double steakburgers with ketchup & mustard. Got one plain, and another sandwich, plain, with kaiser bun and a bunch of bacon. That's it.
Meat was burnt to a crips and tough as rubber. Bun was stale.
Just awful. A shame because when they're made properly, they're very good.

Single Steakburger with Cheese Combo bun was stale, so much mayo that it was squishing out the sides and overpowered everything else.

seems like whenever ordering for delivery or from the drive-thru the quality is less than desirable compared to ordering in store. For instance the Frisco melt appeared to have barely been toasted at all and was just mushy to where as normally it would be well toasted and crispy.

Garlic Double Steakburger Combo and Kit-Kat® shake were great like always, however I ordered a second Beef Tallow Fries™ which never arrived.
