Food was cold, chicken fingers were very small for the amount of money. The store doesn't allow for special instructions so I couldn't ask for no ice in my drink which was watered down. Also couldn't ask for extra sauce on the side, so it was dripping out of my sandwich.

We paid $5 extra for bacon for both of our burgers and neither one had bacon on it and I asked for extra garlic spread and there was hardly any on it. Although I will say the size portion of the cheese sauce was perfect!

Literally the wettest burger I've ever had from steak and shake or anywhere else I was missing my sauce and the burgers had nothing on them.

They constantly forget to add the cheese sause toorders or cheese fries. You're better off ordering just regular fries. Other than that, the food tastes good. I wouldrder again, just without wasting 2 dollars on cheese they won't add.
