P15. Pho TofuA1. VIETNAMESE FRIED - EGG ROLL WOW! Finally something new to try , love the taste of a soup like Asian dish, the portion size was good to put together, quality of food ingredients was good, the tofu cooked well...it taste like chicken once mixed in with the broth. It would be great with strips of carrots.

CS4. Pho Stir FryA2. SPRING ROLLS Finally something new to try, I would've loved to have a few more veggies, broccoli, carrot, tomato, and lettuce. There was 1 small slice of lettuce and 1 half slice tomato. The dish had plenty of onions but few veggies. I forgot to request additional sauces such as soy or teriyaki to spread over the meal. Overall, it was good.
