The biriyani is proper Tamil Nadu style biriyani with zeeraga Samba rice. I see a lot of bad comments on the rice they use. It is not the typical North Indian or Hyderabadi style biriyani in which they use basmati rice. The Tamil Nadu/coimbatore style biriyani would contain zeeraga samba rice which would look a little overcooked. That's just the Coimbatore style of making biriyani. For what style it is, the biriyani is so authentic tasting. It is so good.
