I worked at Subway years ago and it's obvious to me that they're not doing the bread correctly. They're either not proofing it long enough, or not baking it long enough. I suspect both. Each time we've ordered from here, we've received flat, pale bread. It's not a lovely golden color like it should be, and it's far too flat. They sandwhiches all looked smushed. Additionally, they put very little veggies and meat on and they even forgot my cheese. Very disappointing, especially considering we paid almost $20 per footlong combo.

multiple items missing from reasonably sized order. the sandwiches we sloppy and barely had anything on them. better off ordering from a different location or going in person.

Ordered a double BLT and received a normal one. Reported it to Doordash support and only received $4.77 for a $30 order. Horrid support, bad sandwich.
