Charged $4 for 2 cookies, but no cookies in the bag, customer support only refund $3.33! also bag is open and not sealed.

We ordered 2 footlong subs with 2 different types of bread. Both breads were hard and very crumbley! They looked over cooked and not fresh! Subway not good anymore

After sending wrong to begin with one would think they would pay better attention .. brown lettuce.. uncooked bacon and the smallest amount of mayo someone could use. this is THE worst experience ever ... will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered the Steak & Cheese sub. I got a veggie sub with very little steak. I order there often the first sub like that. 95% of the time of ordering them, they are really good. Not this one.
