Food was still warm even though it got to me 50 minutes after I ordered...was absolutely drenched in sauce but still good

Where were the meatballs on the italian meatball? there were like 4 on the entire foot long sub I ordered a meatball sub not a veggie sub with meatballs! Also I didn't really see any cheese eithier
