DTN isn't your traditional Chine…
I have only had them twice but two days in a row the beef dumplings were so good! I also had a large Mango Slushie as well. So yummy!!

The Spicy Wonton Ramen was a different and interesting take on traditional ramen. Lower price than some ramen on this app, but few of the usual ramen fixings (no Nori, no green onions, no tamari eggs, no shoots, etc). More surprising was that it was packaged with a fork, but no chopsticks and, more critically for a soup delivery, no spoon!!

What a disappointment.
* Broth Blues: The tonkotsu broth, the heart and soul of any good ramen dish, was a complete letdown. It lacked richness and depth of flavor, leaving me wanting something, well, anything, more.
* Noodle Nightmare: The noodles were a disaster. Instead of the springy, al dente texture you expect from ramen, they were rock-hard, as if they'd been cooked ages ago and left to languish in the refrigerator.
* Microscopic Portion: They skimped on the portion size too. The bowl was barely enough to qualify as a taster, let alone a satisfying meal.

The tonkatsu ramen was unfortunately one of the least enjoyable I’ve had in Calgary. I decided to give it a try because of the buy-one-get-one promotion, but it fell short of expectations. Surprisingly, even the Nongshim instant tonkatsu ramen from Costco offers more flavor.

braised pork over rice was not as pictured. looks like they cut up the pork that comes with the Raman and put on rice... pork was also very hard and dry! spicy dumplings were good, but not spicy at all
