I cannot express it enough how good this place is!! The White Tuna (Shiro Maguro) is by far the best of any restaurants around. The 18a. Regular California Roll is so good and a solid classic, and the 10. Burning Man Roll is unique and delicious!

I was excited to try this place but it turns out the quality isn't very good
First thing is temperature of sushi. The sushi seemed like it had been sitting out for quite a while and is a huge no no in my opinion. It wasn't even room temp- and the avacado, cream cheese and fish were beyond room temp which completely ruined the flavors of both the 8. Philadelphia Roll and 12. Yellowtail and Scallion Roll
Call me spoiled but hyvee in liberty works hard to make sure the fish, cucumber and avacado and cream cheese is well refrigerated and the rice is room temp or warm and then they refrigerate immediately to keep all the fresh ingredients high quality. When I get home I let the roll sit for a maybe 10 minutes (to soften the rice) before eating
and it's been a phenomenal roll everytime. Hyvee is the best!
I've noticed many sushi places make the roll immediately and let it sit out for a period before its even picked up, and if it's an establishment a bit a ways from your place (like 10-15)
That means sushi is left to sit for around who knows how long unrefridgerated?
I would highly recommended a different system so the quality of ingredients are taken in to account for people ordering for pickup versus in house. Until then my honest opinion is, I would recommend maybe trying in house for this place and avoid ordering for pick up entirely.

Arrived warm and crispy. The filling was creamy with a bit of sweetnessand that classic crab Rangoon flavor

The food was very good. The wait was ridiculous. My DoorDash driver waited over an hour. I placed the order at 7:30 Did not receive it until 9:30 because of the wait at the restaurant. I know Brandon missed quite a few deliveries waiting on my one order.
