Brisket Breakfast Tacos - Half Dozen are delicious. The Salsa roja has some spice to it but a perfect compliment to the brisket. The tortillas have a good flavor and were soft. If comparing to Rudy's brisket Tacos, Rudy's has more smoke in the meat but Swadleys is worth trying if you haven't.

Our Ribs and Sliced Brisket were extremely DRY!!!Our sides were very good. Could have had a better meal somewhere else for sure!

They were out of spuds ..... changed order to a sandwich. They sent a piece of chocolate cake with an apology. That works
