Presentation needs work. Definitely need better packaging. I ordered 2 dozens but end up getting all in one box - ruined my plan to give a friend one box as a present. If I want to have all in one box I would have specified it. Disappointing to see they just assume it's for one household.

The packaging could definitely use work. Thankful for the handwritten letter and such but did not feel like it was worth the money spent for it. Thorns still there, flowers not presented like the listing, just upsetting that the presentation isnt there. Definitely needs lower prices especially if the quality wont reflect.

The service was incredibly disappointing! The advertisement was completely misleading! I even called the store over the phone, and they assured me that the bouquet I ordered would look exactly like the photo. However, when my wife received it, the bouquet looked very cheap, almost like something from a grocery store, and was carelessly wrapped in plastic. It bore no resemblance to the photo at all. This completely ruined our anniversary! Furthermore, the cheesecake I ordered was also disappointing and didn't look or taste right; it was soggy. Never order from this store!
