For the price I paid, this burger is trash. The bread is squished and falling apart because it's stale. The chocoate malt tastes like how a diesel truck smells. This place is overrated.

Packaged terribly. The buns on both the hamburger and hotdog were mushy/soggy and falling apart. The lettuce you pay extra for was one small wilted mushy piece. The onion rings were okay, not great. Shake was just okay as well.

The fish was not cooked the batter as you can see in the picture is still raw. I got a hamburger bun cut in half for my roll. The coleslaw and tartar sauce were the worst i have ever had . I have never had anything bad from this place . This was bad

Mediocre at best. Both sandwiches we ordered were soggy. Onion rings were delicious and made perfectly but i only got 4! 4 onion rings for almost $4 is crazy.

This Swensons is very inconsistent in its quality. Sometimes it is great, but sometimes the burger will be undercooked, or the sides are only half portion, or something else will be wrong. I don't know why I bother trying to order mint whips, it is always wrong, usually in a different way everytime. Tonight I had two in my order and both tasted like flat tonic water with green food coloring.
