T4 is by far our favorite place in town! They never skimp on toppings, their drinks and snacks are well made, fresh, and delicious, and the prices are unbeatable! Grapefruit Royal Tea was deliciously refreshing! Ballet Chocolate was okay; I got half sugar and it tasted like watered down hot chocolate. I will try another milk tea flavor next time.
