the box meals are a great value for what you pay and the food is a refreshing change from the usual fast food

Took them an hour to make my small order, and the amount of nacho cheese you get is literally a little drop. An HOUR to prepare fast food is wild. Portions are tiny for what you pay. No napkins, and only 2 packets of hot sauce when I requested a lot more.

The amount of meat in each item is about half of what it should be. This is a new store but it just seems like they cut corners. Nothing ordered from here is anything like Taco Bell in the US.

Got a combo and didn't get my side or my drink. Another item was wrong conpletely. And considering it's supposed to be fast food it took them 45 minutes to "prepare" it.

The quality and portions are getting much better since they opened. It is good to see this location is taking feedback and improving.
