we ordered for 1st time and we are not impressed. mom ordered the pollo quesadilla and complained it was too dry .
my hubby ordered the brisket torta had more lettuce than meat lacked flavor. the guacamole needed some salt n lime juice but was decent. my order was the carne asada steak burrito mostly rice n beans inside the little meat was ground beef not steak. flavor was good though n the portion was huge. the elote was the best part of the meal hot corn with what I believe was a lime crema with parmesan garlicnchili powder? very tasty. they sent 2 sauces a green i assume was salsa verde we liked it. butthelight red sauce holy hot tamale it was worse than biting into a habenero pepper. we will try more options b4 writing this place off as we didl8ke some of it.

The food was good. The sauce was a little watery and the tortillas were not fully dipped in the sauce. The tortillas did not have flavor.

Tacos are full of flavor that is enhanced when you squeeze those lime slices over the tacos. We had the Al Pastor / Spicy Pork with Pineapple , Carnitas / Pork , Camarón / Shrimp , and Carne Enchilada / Spicy Pork ; the Carne Enchilada / Spicy Pork weren't spicy at all. The included "green" sauce was okay, not spicy and the orange" sauce had a. it more spicy bite to it. Good meal overall.

Love this food truck! I've ordered several times and everything I have ordered has been very flavorful and portion sizes are perfect. The only exception was the elote. Mine still had a ton of corn silk/ corn "hair" on it so every bite I was pulling some out of my mouth and teeth.
