I ordered the Quesabirrias, Consomé de Res / Beef Consommé, and Tacos Supremos / Supreme Tacos chicharonnes tonight ..Honestly, id give it a 6 star rating if I could because everything was genuinely incredible. The things that put it over the top were the salsas, limes, serrano peppers that were all delivered hot and grilled to perfection. This is my new favorite spot.

Wow, that Consomé de Res / Beef Consommé was DELICIOUS. Rich, savory, warm and comforting broth that is just aromatic enough to be appealing but not so much that you can't guzzle the whole thing down in 3 minutes of gluttonous pleasure. Also had the asada (with peppers) Tacos and they came with VERY fresh limes, cilantro, onions, cucumber and radishes. Great flavor in the meat and I enjoyed the peppers as well, but MAN that Consomé de Res / Beef Consommé lol. To die for when you need something warm and comforting.
