• DoorDash orderi absolutely LOVE ordering from here as i love to support asian businesses. everything is packed well and the presentation is amazing. the Fried Chicken - Kara-age is SOOO delicious, my only complaint is that there's not enough since the portions are kind of small. everything about this place is so comforting ♡

• DoorDash reviewchicken rice bowl is very delicious. I like the fresh corn that comes with the bowl. and I always get it with the lemon series bubble tea. this is one of my go to order places to eat from. there is a location that is walking distance from my job so It is the perfect location to walk to get my lunch and my dinner before I go home.

• DoorDash orderMy first time here and I really wanted to love it. What was good: pickup and packaging. The karaage chicken was also good. What failed: the Taichi Rice Bowl (1 Protein). I had requested spicy salmon and initially thought it was missing completely, but to my surprise noticed it was barely added (less than a teaspoon's worth). Same for the requested avocado. And the wasabi was missing completely. So disappointed (and hungry without the protein!). Since this was a pickup order, I didn't notice until I got home and by that time, it wasn't worth arguing about. I did report to DoorDash but they wont provide any refund for quality issues. Granted I did order about two hours before closing so they may have been low on ingredients, but I would have appreciated a phone call or let me choose something else at pickup. Instead, they kept silent. I'm willing to try a dfferent location next time and will be sure to check the order at the time of pickup.

• DoorDash orderForgot my macaroons but charged me, iced tea was upside down, no sauce included in order when I ordered 4 types. Burrito was dry and falling apart. Awful experience.
