soooo good. appreciate that they separate the seaweed so it doesn't get soggy. just be warned it will take a lot to be full :(

I love the way they package the handrolls so the Nori stays crispy. The Chu-toro was kind of stringy & fishy. I wish it had more fresh wasabi. The Spicy Tuna had a chili oil that I wasn't a fan of. It made the roll eat greasy. The Hokkaido Scallop was great; fresh & the other ingredients added texture. The Salmon Toro / Salmon Belly was also good, but I've had better, fatter, more melt in your mouth salmon toro before. I hated the Spicy Edamame. The seasoning was not spicy & I didn't like the huge chunks of onion added. They also included jalapeños, but should have tried serranos to make it actually spicy. Not sure if I'd bother again.

Rolls tasted good but the restaurant clearly went with small portions, especially of the sushi rice. Would have liked larger portions. 4 rolls was barely 1 meal, I was expecting a meal to be 2 rolls.

Their Wagyu / Japanese A5 Beef was not impressive at all but all the other rolls were super fresh and yummy, I would say their Spicy Tuna was my top favorite and I enjoyed the Snow Crab & Salmon Toro / Salmon Belly equally the same. Would def order again but maybe just their seafood options.

Food was great but the portions were extremely small for the price. 3 handrolls was not enough at all.
