It's so rare to get an order where everything is delicious, but Taqueria San Jose nailed it. CHORIQUESO was 🔥, QUESA-BIRRIA was awesome, my wife got the MEXICAN TORTA - turns out I do like them (last place I had one left a lot to be desired). SMALL GUACAMOLE also delicious, we should have gotten a large.

The best authentic Mexican food! My brother-in-law was Mexican, and the food here is the only Mexican food I've had that could compare to his!

Everything tasted old and bland. Nachos were a pile of stale chips with a small amount of what looked like someone else's leftovers scraped on top. No fresh jalepanos, no tomatoes, barely anything really. It was supposed to be chicken and ended up being a mystery ground product. The burrito smelled like what you'd expect cat food to taste like. The hot sauce was basically vinegar. $45.00 for inedible food. Thankfully I lost my appetite, * just wish I didn't spend money to do so.

Flavor intention was great. Best Mexican beans I've had. However, the meat is so bad that it made both items non-edible. The chips are as if they came from a refrigerator and salsa just as cold. This place gets 3 stars because it has potential, unfortunately was not able to eat anything due to the poor quality.
