We wanted to try something new. we ordered tonight for the first time. My husband is Italian and had an amazing family that cooked excellent food from Italian traditions so he is a tough customer to please.
Having said that, the meal and app portion sizes were huge. We had some favs and some disappointments.
Our favorites were the braised beef with pappardelle, meatballs with polenta, and the rice ball app. These items were fantastic, decadent and had the best flavor, especially the polenta!!
Our least favorite were pasta fagioli, the risotto side and the veal Parmesan. The soup tasted like chicken soup, risotto was chewy and had too many veggies that were almost raw. The veal Parmesan had a huge piece of meat, but it was a bit tough and the sauce was very tangy and had an aftertaste that actually caused heartburn.
The cheesecake was delicious, but small portion and the blueberry cake was amazing!!
We will come back to try other items and give the sauce one more chance.

The Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap was buried underneath fries.
The tortilla wrap was cooked and unable to take a bite without pulling away with force.
The lettuce was obviously hot soggy and wet.
Just terrible for $16

They charge an additional $3 for gluten-free, which is fine, but pizza was so small it could feed 2 toddlers, and I don't know where the arugula was because it wasn't on the pizza. The Rabi was bland. Very dissatisfied. Never again.
