This restaurant does not accept special instructions. My meatloaf had very little gravy - no way to request and pay for extra gravy. Most of the to-go container was filled with overly buttered carrots. The salad was over dressed and very soggy - no way to ask for dressing on the side. Baked potatoes were undercooked. Very sad!

The fish was good, but the fries were cold & hard ... definitely not fresh!! Onion rings were cold & soggy ... yuk! Very disappointing!! Potato Chips were good, but majorly lacking amount of dip!
Suggest further Togo orders, to separate salad fromrest of order to prevent sogginess!!

This was my second time ordering from Ted’s. The first experience was great, but this most recent order was extremely disappointing. The burgers were overcooked, and part of the bun was soggy from sitting in some kind of liquid. The house salad was terrible, it was completely drenched in dressing, which made it inedible. I had to throw it away. I’ve never received a to go order where the dressing was already poured on. I’d like to request a refund for this order.

Brick Chicken was very dry, cold & chewy.
Toss salad was swimming in dressing and a ton of shredded carrots, almost no lettuce. The caesar salad had too much watery dressing. It wasn't finished
