Katsu was decent but over fried. The salads because being in same container with hot food got soggy, wilted, warm and kinda slimy from the dressing. It was relly gross and I couldn't eat after the first bite. For to go orders they need to pack the salad separately unortunately.
Rhe ribeye teriyaki tastes more like Korean bbq marinade not teiyaki. Tastes like It has garlic in it whichtraditional teriyaki dea not and I didnt want garlic tonight. The chicken and ribeye were bothkind of dried out and overly sweet. Perhaps bc it was takeout. I didntTenjoy bc waaaaay too sweet. The ribeye/chicken combo had more meat. Ifelt like the Katsu was less and mostly rice and wilted salad.

Please change your oil! Chicken is so dark and has a burnt after-taste.
Also, salad should be boxed separately please, it's to warm. Sauces are fantastic 😁

The order was well put together, although the greens are a little overwhelming when you dont want or like the salad. Please, possibly add a simple rice bowl option. I could not find one on the app. The noodles could have used a bit more heat while cooking, missing that wok kiss char.

Beef and chicken Teryaki were great. Definitely the closest to Seattle style in Spokane, as another reviewer mentioned. I tried them based on that review and was not disappointed. However, the salad was kind of soggy. The texture felt like they just tossed a huge amount of salad and dressing hours ago and just served from a bulk premade salad. I would have preferred it to taste fresher, with a proper crisp and crunch, like a fresh salad should have. You know when it tastes like your salad has been in dressing for too long? That's what this tasted like. This store would do much better by serving plain salad and sending the salad dressing on the side.
