I am from Louisiana and this has to be Louisiana crawfish. Absolutely delicious and reminded me of home! This place is a hidden gem for sure!

Sadly, these were some of the worst crawfish I've ever had. I'm not sure if they were severely overcooked, or if they were cooked earlier and reheated, but these were rubbery, over-salted, and virtually inedible. That was a lot of money down the drain.
