The Rougaroo Burger and Fries was loaded to perfection. And there is nothing with it to complain about. The portion size, the flavor all go above expectations it alone earns a five star every time!
The Cajun Hot Dog wasnt a personal fav for me the sauce is a very heavy cream sauce that weighs down the corn dog and it became soggy

Bang Bang Shrimp Plate was ok but was overseasoned, too much salt<<taggedItemId=27731799556>>.
6 fried mozzarella stick<</taggedItemId>>s were cooked and tasted great but would have been better served with marinara sauce.

This place NEVER disappoints...even if they make a mistake, its a delicious one and they make up for it tenfold. If you haven't tried the Cajun Trinity, I suggest you do, I have had most of the menu, I think, and have NEVER been disappointed. I haven't had the roast beef yet but it has to be good...And Ms. Tammi's beignets, OMG, I cannot emphasize how good they are and I can say me and my family have tried them all, even the holiday ones she makes and they are ALL amazing. My husband absolutely loved her pumpkin pie and peach cobbler ones, so much so he wants her to put them on the menu full-time lol...seems to think he can live on them, I doubt think his cardiologist would agree. Tammi, you have been a godsend to my family over these past few months with all of the losses we have experienced. I know when I order from you, everything will be made with love and order is always right!!

Absolutely love everything I have had from here and I wish she would just open a small restaurant lol. Tammi's new crawfish pasta, OMG, truly amazing. My husband joked, at least he better have been lol, one night and said, "Is she trying to find a husband,!?" That's how good her food is...she's become a staple in my home when I'm too busy too cook, even with the increasing costs of everything, her prices are fair for the flavor and food, not to mention she's not like some places on here, who are skimping on their dishes by not keeping their food quality consistent.

The food was delicious! I got the red beans and I am very particular about red beans and they hit all of my boxes! Seasoned well, not too much salt and PLENTY of sausage! Not to mention its enough food for 2+ meals! If I could give more stars I would!
