Thai Orchid Restaurant in Portland, Salem, and Vancouver has been serving fresh, tasty, and nutritious Thai food since 1992. Prapapen Saenguraiporn, the former owner and executive chef, created a menu…
I ordered the 81. Pad Tai. It's probably the best Pad Tai I've had, if not 2nd best! Great flavor, lots of chicken (all white meat) and more food than you can eat in one sitting.
Also, just fyi, there are about 5-6 options for spiciness; I chose the 2nd lowest and it was very spicy (I can eat jalapeño's with no problem).

54. Gaeng Pa Nang (Pa Nang Curry)was delish and not too spicy with a bit of a kick. 39. Pad Him Ma Parn (Cashew Nuts)was great, and got better the next day as leftovers. 86. Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle)is my favorite in Salem! If you're looking for Thai food that won't make you feel gross after, this is the place to get it!

Dont have photos because I literally ate the food so fast because it was so dang. Delicious. Theyre always serving high quality fresh Thai food and they never miss. This time i had their pad kee mao their Tom kah soup and a side of peanut sauce and it was as flavorful and delicious. The 86. Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) was well seasoned and not over cooked. Chewy and delicious. I love drowning it in their unique peanut sauce (all puns intended). Gives it a sweetness that is unmatched.

Food was fine but not special. Spring rolls were tiny and the rice paper split apart. Soup was fine but not much protein for the cost. Soup spilled in the bag which got everything wet. Probably won't get again. Lots of choices for Thai.

Ordered the $9 salad rolls to find that both were literally just lettuce wrapped up. I had 1 small piece of shredded carrot in each and a little tiny piece of tofu that was at the bottom bite. When I say small piece of tofu I mean it was barely bigger than the shredded carrot piece
