Beautiful flowers, however, quite a bit smaller than pictured and if I would have picked them in person from the exact same store these would have been approximately $12 not $25. That $25 is not including taxes, fees, or delivery charges. Great buds but I will not be ordering online in the future.

The flowers had blackened edges, and are wilting very badly. For the price, a complimentary plant food packet wasn't provided. Was really hoping they'd provide better quality flowers.

They fixed my issue. Originally we received some brown roses in the bunch but the manager personally fixed it and delivered replacement flowers himself- THAT'S EXEMPLARY customer service my book! Dash did nothing but the flower boutique fixed it!
