As a New Orleanian during lent, the Shrimp Po'Boy is my go to. It is the closest to home in taste and authenticity as you can get. If I had to critique, the only thing that would be better would be additional shrimp. Usually in New Orleans the Shrimp Po'Boy is over stuffed, however, I understand we are in Alaska with different costs. Either way. Delicious and totally recommend.

The Kids Catfish Sticks, Fried Okra - Small are nice golden crispy! The Shrimp Gumbo Cup and Red Beans and Rice Cup are hot and nicely tangy. Angel Hair Pasta is smooth and just the right smokiness in flavor. Great BBQ Ribs Dinner with potatoe salad. Nice fresh Caesar Salad. Love the Beignets!! Thanks for another excellent dinner.

Fabulous food tonight! Always good but the Ocra was perfectly crispy and tender today, wow! The Fried Catfish Remoulade and Fried Calamari Remoulade is fried perfectly light and moist. Jambalaya Bucket and Corn Breads are wonderful. Thanks for the great dinner tonight!

The Oyster Gumbo Bucket was not worth the $25 I paid for it. There was about 2-3 inches of grease floating on the top of the gumbo, a TON of sliced okra and it had a total of 4 oysters, in it. Usually the food is awesome from there, but this time I was highly disappointed. I'm glad I ordered cornbread. It was spot on and soaked up the grease that I wasn't able to get out of it.

The fried catfish was light, batter was perfect and seasoned well. The Chicken Gumbo basket was hearty and lots of flavor I cannot complain. Jambalaya Cup was great as well. The dinner overall was great and worth every penny!
The bread pudding I did not like the taste of the sauce or cared for at all. But thats my preference. Still great food
