Kale salad with grilled salmon is my regular order from The Smith. After receiving it one time with the salmon rather overdone I requested it as Medium Rare the next time. It was really underdone, so I have not requested this again, but apparently this remains on my profile and I continue to find the salmon almost raw. I can fix this by continuing to cook it on my oven, but would prefer that it not be this way. How can I fix that? It is an excellent dish in any case.

BAKED EGGS ALLA VODKA tomato, spinach, stracciatella cheese, sesame, toasted ciabatta...yummm! GOAT CHEESE OMELETTE baby spinach, shallots, soft herbs, mixed greens...so fresh and filling. RANCHERO SCRAMBLE black beans, avocado, chihuahua cheese, salsa verde, jalapeños, blue corn tortillas, pickled onions...delicious. CRISPY SESAME CALAMARI gochujang aioli, thai basil, lime...the gochujang really packs a punch. MATCHA LATTE with oat milk...perfect for such a cold day.

The macaroni and cheese is so so good! And they get it to you while it's still gooey and fabulous. I also love their tomato soup.

Mac + Cheese was surprisingly good, but the star of the show was The Smith Bar Steak and the Roasted Tomato Soup . this place is pricey for the portions, but when I get to treat myself. it is SMITHS for dinner

My vote for the best burger and fries in the city. As well, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Thank you to The Smith kitchen for customizing it!! Delicious and perfection: double cheese not too melted, medium-well & still juicy and just the right touch of grease.
